Rayviate is a Water/Air-type Abomi that was first available in the December 2021 Wave 2 of free DLC for Abomi Nation.
It doesn't evolve into or from any other Abomi.
Rayviate has a special property that allows it to change forms when hit by a Lightning-type attack. If it survives, it will enter its Supercharged Form and receive a 50-point buff to its Special Attack and Speed, as well as becoming Lightning/Air.

"Rayviate's oddly-shaped tail draws in Lightning attacks, which is very dangerous for a Water/Air-type. However, if it survives a Lightning strike, it will enter a supercharged form that can unleash substantive amounts of energy."
